Station 1 restaurant is built on a commitment to operating sustainably with local organic products.
We at Station 1 find a unique harmony between quality Californian cuisine and modern technique. Using only best ingredients Station 1 offers a dynamic prix fixe menu Tuesday through Saturday nights from five to nine thirty in the evening.
At Station 1 sustainability goes beyond the food. The tea, coffees, spices, and organic wines, are procured from fair-trade cooperatives honoring the ingredient and the farmers who raised them.
Station 1 is deeply rooted in the local community finding artisans for so many of our needs. An old barn in Petaluma provided new tables for the restaurant, while the floors they stand on are composed of 250 year old reclaimed French oak. The plates are hand thrown by a local artist making each one unique to itself.
We offer an array of wines hand selected from small production winemakers from both new and old world. We believe pairing the wine with the food is an integral part of the dining experience. We source many wines that are produced by vintners who practice sustainable viticulture - making wine in a way which is economically viable, socially conscious and ecologically sound. At Station 1 we offer all wines by the taste, glass, and bottle, ensuring you the opportunity to explore interesting bottles and pairings from winemakers that take great pride in the product they create.
The cocktail program harkens an earlier era where drinks were truly an art form. Each signature cocktail at Station 1 is based on classic pre-prohibition era libations. Composed of quality small-batch spirits, extremely fresh juices, and house made syrups the drinks are truly special.
Station 1 is dedicated to covering all the details for a truly comfortable and gratifying dining experience. We hope to see you soon.
